Hi guys,
I'm an avid Modeler, have been since small.
I have purchased the Mclaren and been pottering around with it for about a year. With Postage here, it can get a bit frustrating. I'm on edition 40 and just ordered 41-50, but as usual I'm waiting. In the meantime I have come across this website and I'm very impressed with the quality of Builds from RMI and SennaMentalme, and I sincerely hope my car turns out as good as yours have.
I am going to strip what I have build so far and see where I can get carbon decals and have a look around at the original car. Once I have gotten the Carbon Fiber, I will start posting the pics.

Hi Cosworth, Welcome to the forum. It's great to see another Jo'burg resident having a go at this project. I've been using the subscription service to get my parts and, but for a few minor delays, it's worked well. Looking forward to seeing some pictures of your build. Cheers Malc.

Paolo. Hi Paolo. Glad to hear that the build is progressing. I actually use the Microset and Microsol products which I got via the internet direct from the states. I've since found that they can be got in SA from http://www.mdfmodels.co....hing-materials?start=11 . MDF models have a great range of stuff and I've used them before with no problems. Postage adds a little to the cost but these products really work. I look forward to seeing some pictures of your build. Malc.
