Hi everyone,
Just going through my latest bits, and in 62 it states that we should get a Main Mast plan (actual size) but there is no sign of it in my delivery or any sign of a note saying I will get the parts at a later date.
There is no sign either of the promised copper paint. Anyone else missing these bits or know why?

Jonny Hi Jonny,
You should have the main mast plan as a separate fold out booklet possibly tucked into the magazine. if it is not included you should contact customer service in the first instance for replacement.
As for the paint I don't think you get this with issue 62. If you can give me a couple of days i will get back to you on when you should expect that.

Thank you for the quick reply.
There is deffinately no Main Mast plan with my copy on issue 62 so I will ring customer services tomorrow.
The copper paint was suppose to be included in issue 65. There is no sign of that either. In the past here in New Zealand they have included a cover letter if dileveries are different to the Magazines but there was nothing this time around which is why I am asking.

Mine were missing. Rang Netlink and they posted it out. Turned up in the post a few days later.

Must say I'm getting a little tired of bad instructions and reading about missing parts. You would think that after all this time DeAg would have got it right.

I contacted Netlink and they posted one out straight away. In New Zealand we will not be getting the copper paint either as that was for the UK market only in case anyone is wondering.

Hi Johnny, I didn't receive my pot of copper paint in that issue, so I went to the newsagent and they organised a replacement issue that came with the paint. I'm across the ditch so really it shouln't be any different for yourself.  Perksy
