Good day.

I am new to this forum and I sincerely apologies if I should not be posting these questions here but not getting any feedback.

I have already sent a mail to service@jacklin.co.za which is on thye home page. I have sent mail to customerservice@deagostiniusa.com. I have called and left message on 0845 1489 250. In all cases I have not had no response.

I would like very much to purchase the MHS Surprise.

I would like to know the following:

For HMS surprise there are 2 purchase option a 14 month and a 28 month. I assume this is different to a subscription ?
How is delivery done on the above purchase options. Do you get part of the model delivered in 14 or 28 parts ? ( I would like to go with the 14 month option)
When is first payment made ?. How long to delivery ?.
Can the delivery address be a home/residential address ?.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can shed some light to my questions.

Hi Ivan

The option of 14 or 28 parts efectivly just breaks the cost and the kit into parts. If you went with the 14 month option you would get a monthly delivery of parts with downloadable instructions you pay mounthly so if you go for the 28 month option it costs less each month but you also get less parts in each delivery. It gives you flexability around cost and build time.

Ussualy payment is taken after dispatch and genraly you recive parts before payment, depending on your post. You can have deliveries to any adress you want and genraly dispatch is within 28 day if in stock, not sure if that is different for your location,
