Just in the process of making two new boats to hang on the outer davits. Pictures to follow soon. I have a few spares some one might be interested in, namely figure heads and stern boards and a few side ornamentation. Anyone interested give us a shout and I will post some pics of them. HMS Surprise

Got the guns finally blackend. I used a bigger size gun on the bottom deck than origially supplied and the originals for the rest. These are only dry fitted as they have to be cleand up yet.  HMS Surprise

Hi Moriarty. Looking fantastic now and such a great improvement which just goes to show how we all get better as we learn and build! Who was your supplier for the bigger cannon? I was going to use all the 'same size' DelPrado barrels but I think I might invest in the biggies for the 32pdrs after all, it just looks ' right' having the larger muzzles down there! Keep up the great work! Boats on there way for the renovation. These were plastic hulls and looked pants so they were redone with planking strips and new interiors. The original cradles have gone through renoation aswell.  HMS Surprise
