I know this site is for the build, not customer complaints but the supply issue in Australia really isn't very good. Up to August, it was on track, although a bit slow. September, no deliveries. October, 5 parts delivered. November, 1 part delivered. Now in December, I'll get 5 parts, but part 30 still not available so cannot put anything together.
So over 4 months, put together 6 parts only and this is about 2 months behind schedule. Ready to cancel subsciption and write off $600 as a bad investment. I expected better. I've written to customer service and their reply "supply issues, sorry".

Sorry to hear of your supply problems.
The RB7 series has outsold all expectations in Australia which has caused some availability problems. DeAgostini are working very hard to resolve this and hopefully get you back on track very soon.

My issue 30 had a part missing, and i have not rcd any info back from several emails. I wonder if there is a hold up because they where all missing parts??
