hi,coming to the end of the planking,but i can only fit 1 50mm length strip at the end of the hull step 15/16 will this matter later on in the build ,would appreciate some advice thanks valBigGrin

Hi Val, BigGrin

It`s my opinion that as long as you have the ribs covered and none of the tops uncovered you should not have any issues.

Most probably occured if you have had a few wider planks than normal.

My second plank was only needed for a very small part to cover the rib tops.

Yeah, seconding what Del Boy said. I only had room for about a plank and half at that stage. As long as it covers the ribs and is level with the stern gallery, you are good to go.

Hi Val, agree with Derek. Just make sure your planking goes above the ribs, later in the build you will be cutting them back anyways but you need to ensure you have enough height on the bullworks first..... Cool Cool
