Revisionist to my mind is a understatement...My Father born 1899 was a 16 year old in France and in his words it was pure hell ... The Australian view of Gallipoli is based on it being their "Baptism by fire" not by a body count ...Aussie verses Brit ...as a nation it was their first experience of war ...poor piece I think ...putting lipstick on a Pig ..
