Just wanted to know if anyone else in the UK didn’t receive the free fuel bottle 'gift' with their second pack?

I contacted customer services shortly after receiving pack 2 and was told that they would get back to me, which they never did. I left it until pack 3 arrived, hoping that it would be sent with the missing fuel bottle but unfortunately not. I then sent another email to customer services and even called them (where I was cut off and didn’t have time to call back). So a second email was sent and they're still ignoring me.

I didn’t really want to come on here to complain as thus far I've had no issues and previous correspondence has been relatively swift, but I'll be dissapointed if this is the level of customer service I should expect for the next couple of years.

Me too sadly.

I was told they were out of stock however and it would be provided with pack 3 (which is wasn't...)
