Anyone in the UK received issues 41-44 yet? It's been 6 weeks since the last delivery. Starting to think they've gone walkies in the post...  Account says 08/01/2014 Sent: RED BULL RB7 41, RED BULL RB7 42, RED BULL RB7 43, RED BULL RB7 44 Not sure how accurate that date is on the account page though? Building: RB7 Nitro / Senna MP4/4 Finished: McLaren MP4/23

Not the same issues (I'm waiting for 9-12) but it's also been 6 weeks since my last delivery and my account says sent on the 8th. It's only taken 2 days for my first two deliveries.

J.. My delivery arrived yesterday, any luck with yours? Sadly this is the second month in a row with a faulty/damaged part. This time a screw that belongs to, well, I'm not even sure. It has a triangle on top of it and is about half the size of the other screw instead of being a normal countersunk one... another phone call for a replacement seems in order  Building: RB7 Nitro / Senna MP4/4 Finished: McLaren MP4/23

Just to let you know that mine still hasn't arrived, and lazy me has only just called customer service.
They tell me that I have to wait 21 days before it is classed as lost, so I will need to call back !!

21-28 days !! haha I think I'll be calling on the 21st day ! That's annoying. Hope the replacements arrive quickly! I am awaiting the replacement issue 41... B. Building: RB7 Nitro / Senna MP4/4 Finished: McLaren MP4/23

I just called CS because pack 3 still hasn't arrived. They now tell me its not 21 days but 28days until they can book me out a replacement ..... and that it wasn't sent on the 8th like my account says and the first rep confirmed but actually the 11th !!
Different information from the CS reps isn't useful ! I hope this isn't a sign of things to come, as I'll stop it now and not when Ive wasted a lot of money.

I haven't had any issues up until recently and I do think they recent slow down was caused by Christmas. They have usually been spot on with sending out the packs, in fact mine were being sent out every 28 days according to my account. Sure I've had two months in a row with a dodgy part but both have been replaced with no questions asked. Building: RB7 Nitro / Senna MP4/4 Finished: McLaren MP4/23

Well today is the day that CS told me I should call back on, because it's been 28days and pack 3 still hasn't arrived. They have just said that I should "wait another week or so" then they will be able to reorder for me !! Not very happy now
