Hi i have an issue with one of my subscriptions too
I emailed twice to customer care but no reply

Decided to email using my works i phone (3rd time lucky)
To which i instantly recieved a conformation email

Only difference i can see is that the first two times i used my sky email account and the final time i used works email which is outlook express????

Maybe the teccy minded people can shed some light....spam filters etc

ps This is not a gripe as i have had some kind of reply now.. but possibly a reason for why others have had no response and highlighting my issue may explain things which may be able to get resolved in the future
