i have got a letter throught the door about returnen my broken parts what does this mean
building the spitfire,RMS Titanic hachette and now starting the u-96 submarine

You need to return the parts to the address noted

i have cut them and used them on my model boat i have made from scrach
building the spitfire,RMS Titanic hachette and now starting the u-96 submarine

At least you now know for future reference, otherwise they may not replace future parts if the originals are not returned to the 'free post' address.

It differs depending on which kit, but for the Spitfire its:

ModelSpace, Freepost NAT 14808, Jarrow, NE32 3BR

Ensure you include your address/account detail, otherwise it will be impossible to set the return against your account.
