Received my fourth delivery today so now have parts 1 to 16

Still as yet I have no login details so have no build instructions.

I have contacted the cutomer services via email more than 10 times and everytime get told we will email you a new password. 7-10 days later I have to send another email saying still no password.

So in turn as no password to login I have no build instructions to build the car. To date I have spent nearly £100 and all I have is little packets of plastic and stickers and screws that is completly worthless without instructions.

Also the website and registration states on your 2nd delivery you receive your first free gift. I'm now on delivery 4 and still no free gift.

I have now contacted my bank to refuse any further payments until this problem is resolved but as yet the customer services either do not respond to my emails or promise an empty promise of solving the problem.

Sorry that my first post is a rant but I am building this car for my disabled son as his hero is Seb Vettel and the Red Bull F1 Team.

If anyone has advise that would be very much appreciated.
