So in 33 it says step 7: (9 row up) "Taper a strip betwn 5/6 --> midpoint of 16. THEN 16-21 using SAME STEPS 8-10... Does this mean Taper both sides of the strip? Im confused as the 8th row made rib frame 7 and 13 slightly under the plank.

Hi Ex, looks ok to me from what I can see on your pic.... If you have a close look at issue 33 of Mr T's official build the pics there will show exactly what you need to do.... The taper starts at the beginning of the plank which sits between ribs 5 & 6 and gradually increases to end of the plank at rib 16...
