Thanks for sharing. Is it a kit build or scratch?

Hi all. well I have 4 stroke engines to but into my Mozzy. but there a small problem and that is that they are a bit large to put into the housing up right so I might have to see if I can put them in upside down with a bit of work.
But all that will be sorted out when it all finished. I'm in no rush as it taken me over 2 yrs to build from scratch.
I was please on how it looked when I put my Mozzy together as it was the first time every thing was put together
My next stage is to cover with PVA and tissue and pray that the wing do not twist out of shape. This stage I think i'll wait until the summer as there to mush damp in the air.
I will try to keep you all up to date when my next stage is dune and if any body can till me the best was to cover mt Mozzy without any twisting the wings.

Hi Allen She certainly looks impresive and is certainly a credit to you. Just an idea why not use nylon instead of tissue with the dope or use laminating epoxy with the nylon instead of the dope but this may add too much weight. The nylon will add a great seal of strength to the model and a good source is from kite shops online for it Hope this helps and not hinders regards Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Hi. well the reason for the tissue and PVA is to give strength to the body and wing. As it only covered in strips of 1/8th bolas. and I'm trying to keep to what the original plans say and do. It has not been easy and a lot of head scratching as everything is in imperial and is not available today. So allot has had to be hand made including all the linkage and undercarriage. there is only 2% has come from the shop and even they had to be jiggled to make them fit.
And as to using nylon I'll have a look at as it never crossed my mine to use but i'll still wait until when the weather is warmer as I need to do the covering out side as the wing span is 5 feet and my work bench is only 4 feet so not much room.
