Hi All Please advise as I could have missed the instructions. Must the bottom corners of the Foresail and Mainsail must be attached? Where must they be attached to? If instructions are in the magazine - which number? Thanks in advance. Andre Current Build: HMS Victory

hi cass, the fore sail and main sail are tethered by bowlines and the corners are not used in the fully rigged sails, the bowline is half way up the side of the sail and is tied off at the mizzen bitt rack, two more lines are tied to the bowline 1/4 way up from the corner and the third line is between those other two.the fore mast is the same with three bowlines which tie of at tha main bitt rack. Current builds: SotS, USS Consitution, San Felipe, D51 loco, HMS Surprise, RB7, Arab Dhow, Jotika HMS Victory Completed builds: HMS Pickel, Thermopylae, Mississipi river boat, Mary Rose, Cutty Sark, San Francisco II, HMS Victory x5, Titanic Lifeboat, Panart HMS Victory Launch, Hachette Titanic, Virginia Schooner, Endeavour Longboat. http://www.model-space.com/gb/

Neither sail hangs loose at the corners.
The Fore sail, page 11 of issue 105 shows line 'D' attached at the corners and two blocks left free.
The Sprit sail, page 13 of issue 109 shows line 'E' attached at the corners and a block left free.
The Main sail, page 11 of issue 108 shows line 'F' leading to the corners.
Depending on the set up of the sails, not all blocks would be in use at the same time.
