I've only received the storage box this month in pack 5 and no parts. surely we're not paying a months subscription for this box are we? It does say it's a free gift! Anyone else having the same problem? I also still haven't received my fuel bottle either.

My tool box came with the parts, so I'd call customer service if I were you.

Thanks everyone, I've contacted Customer services who were very helpful and advised that the parts may have become detached from the box in the post so are sending me another set out. Fuel bottle is out of stock so will arrive in later packs.
