bibz1987 wrote:Thanks everyone for the advice!! could anybody please help with this.....
Sorry to be a pain but I am new to the partworks and I have subscribed to HMS Victory and RB7, both of which are saying were sent on 5th and 7th February and I haven't received either. I also ordered the HMS Victory paint 3 weeks ago and that hasn't arrived either, which I have already paid for.
I am just concerned and not sure what to expect.
Your help and advice is greatly appreciated.
My online invoice for the Victory also states that my issues are are sent every month on the 7th, i think this is just the date the order is processed as I usually then get my delivery by the 15th of each month. Wait a few days and I'm sure they will arrive soon Steve

I should mention though that if this is a new subscription then the 1st delivery in my case took a little longer but once they start they usually come around the same time each month, generally mine is - 7th - online invoice say sent 12-15th delivery 19th payment taken The paint set is a different matter though and a quick call to CS will get you some more info on that Steve

Hi Bibz When a subscription starts it usally takes around 28 days to process then you should recieve a letter with your account number and password [ keep this safe]. An e-mail is then sent out informing you of the shipment and should include a link to the download page for that months instructions [ this is where you need the password and account numbers ] or if not there in the magazine provided with the build. Aprox 2 weeks after the e-mail your parts should arrive at your door step and should arrive around the same date in the coming months. Hope this helps regards Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

I have now received my 2nd delivery so should be up to issue 6 I am collecting a few before starting, however I seemed to have received 3,4,5 and 7. No issue 6 and no letter to explain why. It's not such an issue as I'm not building yet but just a little confused. Has this ever happened to anybody else? Is this normal or should I contact deag tomorrow?
Thanks

Hi If the issue is missing due to stock problems there will be a mention on the invoice that came with the delivery, look closely for the packing list and it may say there that issue 6 is coming in the next delivery. If it is not mentioned then it is more likely a mistake and therefore you should give CS a ring tomorrow and they will sort it out for you. Steve
