I'm new the building the Sovereign. I have always wanted to build a wooden ship. I think it a real craft. So I am looking forward to it.

I have just received the Mitre Set with my issue..... One problem and this may sound like a silly question.

How do you fit the blade into it? It does not appear to have a loosening screw bit to fit the blade in.

Hi Michael
I remember a lot of us had the same problem, if you look way back on this section of the forum you'll find the thread.
I completely unscrewed the knurled piece on the handle and then managed to get the blade in.
I think you'll find the SOTS a great build, it's my first build of this kind too.
Taking your time is the key, I started 18 months ago and have just finished issue 38!!
