Just joined & really looking forward to the RB7 build even though its a 2 year project. I'm retired & a few days from 60 years old so I needed some kind of hobby. Looks like a very nice build & sweet car.

Hi Rick, Welcome to Model Space. I'll bet you are already eyeing up all the fantastic kits on this site? Just think Pokemon 'Gotta catch them all'. Or to be more accurate, ' Got to have them all' I know I do anyway! Maybe one day

Hi Rick, Let me join everyone else in welcoming you to the boards. I am the US forum support member. If you have any problems with your kit, any issues with anything at all, shoot me a line, and I'll do my best to get you squared away. (I know people...) I am pretty sure this will be just your first DeAgostini kit. The quality is phenomenal, and the subject matter unique. It will end up being just a matter of funds! Have a great time building your RB7, and please, post pics! We like pictures here! Tired, Old, and Cranky!

Hi Andy & Mr T, I've seen mentioned a few times about doing a Build Diary, I understand the concept but how do you go about it? Chasecar Chasecar

Hi Chasecar Setting up a diary is quite straight forward go to http://forum.model-space...aspx?g=topics&f=116
Then click on the 'New Topic ' button at the top right and add your build diary title then you can add pictures and comments as your build progresses. To add pictures follow this link to find out how http://forum.model-space....aspx?g=posts&t=244
Hope this helps and good luck with your diary regards Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Thanks all, looking forward to the build. I'm just hoping the 2 year wait to completion doesn't drive me crazy since I'm not normally a very patient person. Think I'll buy some other models to fill the void. I just need a hobby, can't just sit around & watch TV all day since I'm retired. I tried talking the wife into letting me do the Hummer too but that got shot down so it will be the next big project after the RB7 build is completed.
