Hi there I'm keeping myself busy until I can cut the maple planks tomorrow. Decided to cover the beak platform with the supplied sapele vineer instead of staining it. Enjoy your Easter! Regards Kobus

Hi Kobus, great to see someone else cover the framing with sapele strips and a fab job you done with it too..... Very well done..... .. Tricky I know but so worth it.... Regards Alan

I am glad to see you back on your build. The detail looks great. I had the same idea in mind using the Sapele-strips to contrast the walnut. I struggle to get those parts glued together and end up putting it aside for a later stage of my build.
