I have just received the first of the dummy cannons and have noticed they are much larger in scale than the complete ones already installed. Is this correct. Also I have not received enough belaying pins does anyone know where you can get these from?

Hi,
Yes the different size cannons are correct. Larger guns on the lower gun deck.
You should have enough but if you feel yo need more try this link

Yes, the lower deck cannon represent the 32pdr's the real Victory had 24 pdrs on the middle deck but there is no representation of these in the kit, all other cannon in the kit are the 12pdrs which are supposed to be on the upper and quarter deck. Steve
