Hi fellow builders,
I have just started building my very first ship. I have always loved modelling, however, time has got away, and seeing this build, I was enthused to start again.
I have one question though... Where can you purchase the model paints for this build, without having to order them from overseas?
Regards
Michael

Hi Yes I understand now. For some reason hallf of link not showing up green like rest so only half a link. Go to Chasingami82 on page two Australian Forum and link is there from question this member asked. It will defiitely take you to site. Good idea to save site to favourite web sites. Apparently when the paints are available this is what you need according to Stevie_o's list from his builds. However I didn't see SOTS mentioned in his builds. So not confirmed re SOTS? Will ask Stevie_o to confirm re question on Build Discussions. I will probably get in trouble for this for advertising but the only place I could find the paints available in Australia is Float a Boat. Cheers Peter

Hi all. This is the result of my email to Float A Boat. Thanks to Shaky's info. Hello George,
We carry the Admiralty Paints but there are a few we don't have in stock and haven't been asked for. They are the Light Ivory, Burgundy, Antique Bronze and the Ensign Red. All the rest we have.
I have an order just about to be sent now and can add them to it but it may be a couple of weeks for delivery.
Mailing it wouldn't be a problem.
Kind Regards,
Rhonda Brewer

Regards George1 P.S. Further to this reply have re-emailed to order missing paints as required by SOTS and putting in order for those already in stock. So you all know now where these paints will definitely be available unlike other site where they don't even reply to emails inquiring about the paints. George1 Building HMS SOTS
