This was a gift from my old manBigGrin

Its the first stage in building a tool station for my wood ship building.

The Proxxon MB 200 drill stand. its designed with hobby craft in mind and takes most of the Proxxon hand power tools with a 20mm collor. Because it can be tilted through 90 deg it is going to give me the fleabillity to use it for sanding milling and grinding etc. It has a depth limit stop so no more wrapping tape around my drill bits LOL LOL LOL and I will be getting perfectly straight drilling now Cool It even makes a good stand for for my flex! and as proxxon gear goes not to expensive to achieve.BigGrin

Like I say this is stage 1 i need to add an adjustable table and vice. this will give me a setup such as this.

I had a play last night and other than a little bit of travel in the sliding head its fantastic. I think i can solve that by tightening the head, so not an issue.

There is a Drimmel equivelent but its plastic this is machined aluminuim, the quality for the extra few quid is well worth it I think.
