FINALLY, pack 11 has arrived, and, I have already downloaded the instructions for pack 12. Better get stuck into the right sleeve before the next thigh guard arrives. It looks like I have my work cut out,,, whats a little pressure now and then....

Not trying to play catch up. Normally my parts arrive whithin 2 weeks. this time 4 weeks and in a box and not jiffy bag.. Probably a hold up at Royal Mail, still I have the parts now and have completed the right sleeve. been doing a lot of other things as well as my armour. finished the Lancaster, finished the mannequin, now have to make the clothes for him.. expect my next (#12) pack on Thursday, if it holds to normal delivery time.... I see you suit is coming along very nicely...

The left shin and leg guard was next to do, bit awkward understanding the method of joining to start with, but soon got the hang of it.. put together the small side guard first, the shin and inside leg guards go together the same way, then all parts are joined down the side to make an articulated shield to surround the leg. Further work has to be done to this component, but that is yet to come.

Hi Longblade, BigGrin

I will be the first to admit that this is not my kind of build, but I still look in because I get some thrill out of seeing other people`s skills in different vanes of modelling.

Also I would like to say that the mannequin is superb and will be a great addition to the finished build.

WTG

Unable to complete the thigh guards at the moment, awaiting a missing leather patch. However the shin guard is completed and the second started..
