Well, I have subscribed and I am in Swellendam, Western Cape. 2 years of building and I will need it. With a full time job, Ham radio, building an electric hydroplane from scratch, flying rc planes, will I have time. As the Beatles said, 8 days a week and the Bar One advert had a 25hr day.
Cheers BigGrin

I see that we should wait until issue 26 to do the shocks because of extra parts. Is that correct? What about the 2 speed gearbox that the Aussies can purchase?

I would have preferred the Hummer but never saw it advertised. I will only be able to run the RB7 in the shopping mall car park on a Sunday afternoon. I already have issue 1, but it looks as if they will start my subscription with issue 1 againHuh

Hi Tomick, I have been looking at your build diary with interest. I will be using the magazines and your diary as I go along. I wonder, has the problem with the incorrect bearing sizes been corrected? I know it was not a problem with everyone and I am just asking. I was a bit hasty to register on the forum and forgot to fill in my location. Is there anyway to correct this?

The bearing matter only affected a few packs.

You can add your location if you go into your profile.

Hope you enjoy your build Cool

Ok, I see that there are only 7 of us on the forumHuh There must be more people that have bought into this model. While I am waiting for my parts I will just chat, if that is ok. Thanks Tomick for the info about the bearings. I have a post box which I only access on Fridays, so you guys will be ahead of me with the build. My wife bought me issue 1 and that has been completedBigGrinso I think that is the only time that I am ahead.

I am guessing the forum will grow once people start getting their subscriptions and have questions to ask on the build.....
