I'm currently on issue 56 and there is alot of spare bamboo,saeple and basswood strips used for making the hull.Are they going to be needed for any other issues or are they just spares?

most is spare,in case of breakage/mistakes etc, but hang on to it, you may want to build another boat sometime.BigGrin

Hi there, I think you will find in this hobby everything left over will become useful at some stage or other for other projects.... I tend not the throw anything away so what you have left over then keep for other uses....

I've got loads of leftovers from all my builds and always found places for them in other builds...Be surprised what use you'll find for them???
