Hi Dandare,

It is looking fantastic! I have stalled out on mine. For some reason, I can't bring myself to sit down and rig the control cables in the rear fuse.

Hi Mark

im the same but for me its the Rib Support Plates, they just seem to go on forever. only managed about 3 quarters of the wing so far.
im sure youll soon be going for it again

Hi Dan,BigGrin

WTG on the yellow medal, well deserved. Cool

All models can have a stall point, no matter what the subject, but better to let them stand a while than bodge it, just to get it finished.

Keep up the good work. Drool

ive never done any weathering before but reading up and trying little bits on scrap etc
how did you achieve the effect? would like to try that for parts of the leading edge and cowl

A well deserved "Outstanding Build" Medal Dan! Congratulations BigGrin As for the techniques on how to do the wear and tear etc I'll put up something shortly once I've put everything into some sort of order.. Pics will be provided of course on how to do each stage of the effects which can be applied to any surface you feel could do with to enhance your already stunning build Cool

a little bit more progress, got loads of cleaning up to do to get rid of the super glue hue, but that will all be done prior to paint, the tail fillets are only resting in place as i still need to do some repairs to them. the front wing fillets again just resting at the moment as no instructions to fit just yet.

although i must admit im very glad i will be painting the skins, as they may look ok in a photo but need plenty of filler and sanding work to finish off.

Hi Dan, Just had a browse through your build,,, Fantastik work, and SOOOOOO many parts. Im into aircraft in a big way, but like to fly them.. I don't think my eyesight would allow me to gain the finish that you have, I applaud you for your workmanship Your yellow medal is certainly deserved.. Bob.
