Subscribed on 23rd May, confirmation email received the same day and it's showing in my subscriptions but with the message No transactions for this account.

Am I just being impatient or do I need to contact CS?

Not a bad idea to check that your sub has actually been set up.

I'm in the same position but i also had this with my Hummer subscripton earlier in the year but received my parts with no problems, but nothing showed up in my account until the second set of parts were sent.

I too am keen to start this but 14 days isn't up until tomorrowLOL

Hi K8, BigGrin

Please bear with it.

Information on your account, will have some delay`s.

The date shown as sent, usually is the date the request for your parts are sent to the dispatch department, in my experience about 4-5 days, then maybe a couple more days to arrive.

As for the payment, as with anything you purchase, keep an eye on your payment account.

It may show as paid, but, that will most probably be the date the payment was requested. It could be days from then, that the payment leaves your account.

If at any time you have worries/questions about your account, then contact CS and they will be able to update you as to the status of your subscription.

Hope this helps,

Regards

Hi all
Mine arrived today as well. But got to say well done Deagostini for a very well packaged parts.ThumpUp ThumpUp.I must say I was a bit shocked at the size of the fuel tank and wheel and tyre. Going to be very big indeed.
