To all US builders; There has been an issue with the seat, as included in parts pack 57 arriving in a seriously deformed condition. THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM!!To remedy this deformation, heat a pot of water to a point shy of boiling. (when the little bubbles start to form on the walls and bottom of the pot) Dip the deformed end of the seat into the water, and move it back and forth. You will notice the seat start to relax immediately. AS SOON AS YOU SEE THIS, remove the seat, hold the ears in an approximate position, (wider is better), and while holding it in the desired position, run cold water over the part. This will set the seat into the correct position. If there are any questions, please ask! Tired, Old, and Cranky!

Obviously take great care when placing the item into the hot water and its removal/handling, as it will be hot!

Hi Guys, Here are the before and after pics of the seat. As Tomick mentioned, do exercise caution! It is indeed hot! Once again, I must caution: DO NOT USE BOILING WATER! Remember the Shrinky-dinks we had when we were kids? Use boiling water, and that will be your seat!! experten attached the following image(s): Tired, Old, and Cranky!
