I have to say that this is cool, but ofc is illegal without a licence, what type i am unsure, but for sure, firearms licence would be part of it, possibly even explosives licence. How one goes about getting these i am unsure of, but i know of a R/C model boat that fires, be it projectiles or blanks, i would expect that you would need some sort of licence to operate it. It has also come to my thought that "Public liability insureance" would also be required, like R/C Model pilots need(I am one and should know on that score).
