Not really a review, just a look in the box for anyone interested. You do get a lot of wood for your money, (probably due to the fact that this is triple planked) and some lovely smooth walnut too. Plenty of fittings and a nice 3.5 inch long cannon barrel. Plans and instructions are in Italian but there is a translated English section as well. Looks a fantastic kit though and one I have been wanting to build for a long time now, separate build diary will follow on......one day Steve stevie_o attached the following image(s):

Looks a good qulity kit and you ar right about the volume of wood. qhite fancy this myself. Although planns look a bit bussy. Jase “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” -Mark Twain

Steve A very nice kit indeed. As you know it's a triple planked kit being built up around frames that in part get removed towards completion of the hull. A very nice size model as well. The only odd thing I found with this one is amongst all those many parts they do not supply the canon balls and as these go into open trays does seem odd they are missed. That said I guess they can be purchased from some of the many hobby shops stocking these sort of bits. Very interesting pictures - many thanks for sharing. Tony Happy Modelling
