Really looking forward to this build BigGrin

First parts delivery. The tank and engine parts are metal so are going to make this a heavy model.Magazine is a great read as well as good instructions.
Really crisp details on the clocks and nice carbon finish on clock surround.
Wheel and tyre fitted nicely and you can see how large it is when compared to a cd.
All parts assembled easily and another comparison shot with a 1/12 scale Busa
This is going to be a huge beast when complete and i can't wait for the next parts to arrive.BigGrin

I have to say the level of detail of this kit is really good. Not into motorbikes myself but I am slightly jealous of your build! Cool

Well pack 2 has arrived and was a little disappointed to see only 3 sets of parts as i don't recall reading anything to say it was going to be like the Senna Mclaren subscription. Confused

Oh well back to the build, here's what i received.
A closer look at the parts, yet again great quality.
Everything went together well and the forks have a nice smooth action to them.

Roll on next months delivery, LOL it can't come soon enough.

The Suzuki roll out is a mix of 3 or 4 parts sets per month similar to the Senna series

Pack 3 has arrived BigGrin

A closer look at whats inside.
The parts are of the usual good quality however the mudguard has 2 fine moulding lines which stand out in certain light angles. The axle is a lovely replica as it matches my full size suzuki one perfectly BigGrin
The following pic shows one of the mould lines, the other is on the other side.
Assembly followed the great instructions and the Allen key provided was such a tight fit on the screws that it made fitting the mudguard much easier.Care must be taken not to mix the types of screws up but the instructions do point this out.The throttle bodies assembled as per the instructions but i'm undecided whether they would benefit from a lick of paint at the moment.
This next pic shows the parts assembled
Thats it for now so i will leave you with this comparison pic of a 1/12 Busa.

It certainly does Dave, at the moment i can squeeze 3 1/6 scale bikes on a shelf in my showcase but this beast will take a whole shelf on her own BigGrin

Well its that time again BigGrin here's the next instalment.
Latest 4 packs
Parts 11 and 12, after being unwrapped from the excellent foam packaging, nice finish to the downpipes.
After assembling each pack a dry fit of all four metal pipes, the link pipe is plastic.
Parts 13 and 14
Clocks assembled, a little fiddly
Another dry fit pic,the silencer is plastic but the pipe is metal so the complete exhaust will be weighty. The baffle endcap seemed a little loose so a touch of glue was added.

Roll on next months delivery Love
