This isn't really a complaint ... its more of a why are you teasing me !!! On or around the 2nd of each month I get an email saying that my next pack will be sent in the next 48hrs, and then it arrives about 2 weeks later. The email has a link to the instructions, so I know whats coming but I have to wait two weeks until it arrives. This has happened every month so far. I'm waiting for pack No 9 to arrive still after getting the 48hr notice email on the 3rd July. The senders address on the box is only 15miles from my house, so it would be much quicker if I just collected it hahaha Is there a reason for the two week delay or do you just like teasing me by making me wait lol

Hi J, Think you`ll find the 48 Hr notice tells you when your required delivery is notified to the dispatch department. The dispatch department then process, pack and then send your pack. Then your at the mercy of the delivery people. Don`t think your being teased it`s the norm. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

Hi J, Understand your frustration, I`ve got three subscriptions on at the moment and I get the same emails, still takes approx 10-12 days from receipt of the email to receive the relevant pack. Once you get into your build things will follow on at a regular pace. Good luck with your build, you`ll enjoy it I`m sure. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

I found my delivery for the MW RB7 was held up due to the parcel being delivered back to Bissett. This was the most recent issues.
It turns out the other 2 guys at my work have had a similar story.
Usually AustPost deliver it but front office have said once in a while a courier delivers it. Which i find real odd.
Courier doesnt know where he is going and then gives up. It gets sent back to Bissett.
It was nice of Bissett to call me at least to find out why the delivery failed. I just hope i dont start getting charged for re-deliveries or worse still, someone hangs on to the parcel.

So can someone tell me about the link you mentioned to download your setup instructions? I've not gone down the subscription road but chosen to buy through my Newsagent weekly. So what is this that you get to download and is it available to us all. Chasecar

If you are getting your subscription through your newsagents then you will not get an email with the link to the downloads as you will have the magazines. Download instructions are only available to those who subscribe online Regards Spencer
