BigGrin Hi all got this in a small model/toy shop in Stowmarket . Had to buy it as we have them flying over all the time . I have never built a Academy kit before and the kit looks very nice with very little flash or sink .

Hope to start the build soon BigGrin

Now started the build of the Apache Longbow BigGrin

Built the seats and painted . Then highlighted with drybrushing and wash BigGrin

Next the pilots tub . Painted and drybrushed BigGrin

Next job prime the rest of the bits ThumpUp

A little bit more work on the longbow BigGrin

Fitted the pilot/nav tub and glued the 2 half,s together BigGrin

Painted the hull with a very dark green/black that I had to mix to get the right match to the US Apache helicopters

Next job are the side pods BigGrin
