Hi All,
Has anyone else experienced missing parts??
I've subscribed since the start of this build but only just started building. I am missing the Rear Diffuser from Issue 32, and somehow i have 2 Lower Rear Bulkheads from Issue 34.
Is it just a matter of contacting bissett and asking for them to resend the missing part?

Hi Eddie and welcome to Modelspace First of all we need to confirm which RB7 subscription you have ie.. Vettel or Webber? If it's the Vettel RB7 then a call to customer services ( 0845 1489 250/251 or email customercare@deagostini.co.uk ) For the Webber version then you should have the costomer contact details inside your weekly magazine.. Failing that, a PM to Admin along with your account details etc and a brief description of your problem with parts. Hope this helps Regards Spencer

I contacted the local number here in Sydney which is for Bissett Magazines and they were great! The part for Issue 32 is being resent. =)
