I am certainly displeased with Deagostini with replacing 2 defective parts in my pack four shipment. For over a month, I have been calling Deagostini and only receive false promises that they would ship the two parts. I am past the 5 week point and still no replacement Parts. What type of customer service is this anyway? For all the money we customers spend, you would think that Deagostini would provide better service. I have spoken to many reps including the manager Gary at the 877.544.6779 number. Gary has been very courtious and apolgetic but says he has placed the request and he still await "the Home Office" to ship to him the parts. My Build, the D51, is at a complete standstill as I cannot proceed until I receive the defective part replacements. So what is going on and can someone expedite the parts to me?

Thanks,

Dave......

Hi Dave,

Please check your private messages.
My apologies on the delayed response. I am traveling across Nevada, on my way to Wyoming.

Hi Dave,

I see from the tracking number, you received your package. Did you get what you needed?
