Not sure how many members are from my part of the world but the NATO summit is being held next week just 9 miles from where I live. Already causing traffic problems and affecting deliveries, they have even fenced off a lane on the M4 for conference use only!.....But, there is some good news on Friday  http://www.bbc.co.uk/new...uth-east-wales-28992110
