hi ship mates parts 34 is thiker than all the outher parts( least the ones i got are)can anyone tell me if this is right, i looked at tomicks his seems normal.

No problems with that. the part 34 is approximate one third thicker.
You will be fairings this in ( loads of sanding) to get your final stern shape.
You should find this to be approximate 6mm thick.
