Hi All, BigGrin BigGrin

I was one of the lucky 5000 to see the three Lanc`s second display, albeit that it turned out to be the first display,as the original display had to be rescheduled.

Below, I have posted a very small selection of the pics I took on the day.

Believe me, I have looked over all the pics I took for 3-4 days and I think this is the best of the bunch.

I am an amateur photographer and just started with a new camera, so what you see is what you get as none of these pics have been edited apart from down sizing, for the benefit of viewing on this forum.

From here on I will keep the script to a minimum, as the pictures tell the story.

VERA and THUMPER APPEAR:Pic 1

At this point I took two chance shots as "Thumper" and "Vera" flew directly overhead.

I hope you like these pic`s, they still bring a large lump to my throat as I view them.

I consider myself very privileged to have seen this amazing site.

Hi, Mr T and Tony, BigGrin

Many thanks for looking in, Cool

Luckily it was a perfect day and seriously happy that the rescheduled event went as well as the previous one.

Tomorrow, I visit RAF Scampton. Love Love

Report to follow as soon as work allows, as on a very busy part of my roster after tomorrow. Have to work eight out of nine days, so may be a bit of a delay to post my report.

Regards

Hi Andy and Steve,BigGrin BigGrin

Many thanks for looking in and the kind comments.

Steve, as for being there,I intend to frame the pic of the three Lanc`s,
along with the official programme and my ticket stub.

Never know it could become a collectors item, given time, but I`ll be leaving it for my Grandchildren.

Thanks again for looking in.
