I am in the same situation. I have been waiting over a month now to get my next order. Im on the third month subscription. My Victory has been sitting on the desk waiting to be planked. It depresses me every time I see it. I've talked to customer service a couple time, and they still cant tell me when my order will be shipped. I am curios to see if the 4th month order will be held up too.

Consider yourself lucky. I'm building the San Filipe on the 6 month plan started in July. The first delivery was missing half of the month 1 package and took 3 weeks to get resolved. My 2nd delivery was missing the entire month 3 package as it was instead filled with a repeat of month 2 material. Three weeks later the replacement month 3 package arrived and again contained only month 2 material. Instructions for month 3 and 4 were missing as well and included month 5 and 6 instructions instead, so I'm still unable to determine if the month 4 materials are complete. I'm still waiting for the month 4 instructions. Talked to customer service several times and asked for a supervisor to call me. I'm still waiting for that call.
