Cheers Andrew I think it was mentioned somewhere else recently but the "sent" bit is a bit misleading and it actually means the parts have been requested so it's usually up to a week after the "sent" date on the account  Building: RB7 Nitro / Senna MP4/4 Finished: McLaren MP4/23

Thanks for the link! Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to recognize USA Zip codes. I keep getting an "invalid post code" whether I enter the basic 5 number or the expanded 9 number code........

UK and USA seem to operate under two different distribution systems. They don't do tracking numbers (to save money, I'm told). I was billed for another pack and I expected to get a shipping notice soon after...which would mean that it was about 4 business days from being received.... I'm sad to say that I haven't been super impressed with my service so far. My first pack arrived smashed up, when I opened the box, I was missing the instruction book. I've called customer service twice and emailed once. They are all very nice, but it's been two months and still haven't received the instruction book. They did email me a PDF of the book, but it's a HUGE file, weirdly formatted, so it's difficult to print. In any case, I was looking forward to a 'collection' of the books. I also got an email that said pack #2 had been shipped, but now it's been three weeks and nothing and I'm just frustrated...

Boxes from the first two packs were smashed as well for me. Low grade cardboard that could use more tape. Luckily the plastic packs inside held up well. But I hear that further kits are merely bagged and am wondering if things may get lost or damaged if the boxing isn't improved. They could learn a few things from Amazon. D51, Senna McLaren. Add me to the list of getting boxes smashed up. I remember getting my second box and thinking it must have broken parts inside, but luckily the book and parts were ok. Still doesn't make it right, surely DeAgostini can ship in a better box or find a better method.
That being said, I just got my fourth box today, a little torn on the edges but all parts and booklet were fine inside. However according to the forum I should have gotten a place mat and it wasn't there. Does it come in a different box/shipment?

Hi guys, I'll look into the gift situation tomorrow. I did not receive any extra goodies with my sub though. What is advertised IN THE US website is the final word on what we see here. There are a lot of freebies that the folks in the UK get, that we don't see. I'll post what I find out tomorrow to this thread. Tired, Old, and Cranky!
