Rob Top notch piece of work - well done. Interesting question on mast lighting. I guess in those days if anything it would have been a candle in a pot type approach. Happy Modelling

Thanks Tony, the question on mast lights I wasn't sure if it was a new thing due to the fact that the sea now days are quite busy so you need to be seen but those days ? If they did I need to get a wire ready to go up the mast .thanks again Rob

Love the cannon smoke, very good I can imagine a whole row of those on your model, maybe with some orange back lighting. Fab build anyway Steve

Fab build anyway Steve Thanks For your kind comments Steve I wanted a way to bring a bit of realism to the build , and if it looks quite affective I may do the whole side of the ship. Thanks again Rob.

Hi Rob, haven't been able to find any definitive answer to your mast lighting question..... I would imagine, if there were any lights then they would probably have been simple lanterns that may have been on or near the fighting tops.... .. Hopefully someone else on here will be able to give you a more definitive answer..... Regards Alan
