I've yet to receive it even though my email stated it should've came with pack 4. Seems it comes in a separate box, but don't know if mine hasn't been delivered or maybe even lost. I'll wait until the end of this week and see what happens.

I received the mat as part of pack 4 back in mid september - but only the cutting mat that came in a bubble envelope and was kind of bent. No pack 4 parts or booklet have been received Called and had a second pack 4 shipped on OCt 20 but have not seen anything as of Nov 5th. No parts as all since the mat arrived two months ago. Phone service folks are nice enogh but clearly there's something gong wrong with the shipment process, postage via USPS , customs to Canada or something....it's Very frustrating as I only have the first three packs - and seventeen more to go! Customer service tells me thigns should take 10-14 days to Canada.

Must be a Senna fan intercepting things in transit.

My pack 4 finally arrived today in Calgary, Alberta Canada on Nov 7th. Self healing mat in a bubble pack bag and the model parts in a separate very well packaged (box within a box with more bubble wrap as well).

A date on the label seems to indicate it was shipped on Oct 20th which would correspond to the re-ship I had sent to me. The label also indicates its point of origin being Belgium?

In any case it does not look like the first three shipments that I think originated in the USA. Now waiting for pack 5 sent in early October.

Not sure if reshipment orders are directed to the european distribution system?

More shipping updates for those of us following when things are paid for, processed and shipped and delivered. After have some trouble with pack 4, a re-ship was sent on Oct 20 arrived on Nov 7 in good order - with parts the bonus matt) to my address in western Canada. This was after requesting a reship after the initial shipment was dispatched on Aug 28 and and arrived in late Sept with only the bonus.
Pack 5 was shipped on Oct 1 and arrived on Nov 12.
Pack 6 just arrived today on Nov 16 (a Sunday?) having been shipped on Nov 5th. Problem this time was no bonus Senna CD arrived with Pack 6. Understood that was included for North American customers?
Oh well. I guess it's time for another call to customer service.

My original pack 4 appears to have been shipped (as per label) on August 25 2014. It arrived here in Canada on Dec 3 - looking like it had been to Mars and back...and sat on by an elephant - three+ months later! Miraculously, the parts and manual were ok!

No sure who the shipping contractor is for these kits but some work needs to be done on the system.

Customer service did send me a replacement I asked for earlier so I did get the parts.
