i bought one of those calipers from Lidl a couple of months ago and i cant complain, it does the job fine and is pretty well made BigGrin Rob

I agree, I bought these a few months ago too and have used them several times since, they are very well made and well worth the money.

I mounted an expedition to our local Lidl, there is a first time for everything(!), this afternoon and have bought what appears to be an excellent tool to add the ever growing collection.

Got mine yesterday a big inprovement on the old one as I lost the dial so not that accurate.
