Reference the pins and the pin pushing tool how far do you push the pins in as i dont want to start digging the heads out there is obviously some parts that don't matter how far in they go as it will not affect the build later on???? also what is the diameter of the trenails is used?????

allan,as a rule, internal structure no matter ;bout pins, bury them if you like, external I would not use pin pusher, leave heads of pins about 1mm.showing.I have tried pin pusher but find the irish screwdriver much better,I also predrill holes before I hammer them.less prone to bending that way.As for the trenails, you mean the floorboard nails?,as small as you can get them,I use cocktail sticks,I can get 'bout 8 out of 1 stick. Current builds: SotS, USS Consitution, San Felipe, D51 loco, HMS Surprise, RB7, Arab Dhow, Jotika HMS Victory Completed builds: HMS Pickel, Thermopylae, Mississipi river boat, Mary Rose, Cutty Sark, San Francisco II, HMS Victory x5, Titanic Lifeboat, Panart HMS Victory Launch, Hachette Titanic, Virginia Schooner, Endeavour Longboat. http://www.model-space.com/gb/

Prob needs 0.5mm drill bit for this though. (it blew my mind that i could get bits that small! ) i dont know what weapons will be used in ww3 but ww4 will be sticks and stones.
