Pack 03 contains Stages 8-10

Stage 8 contains Headlight parts and two reflectors.

Prepare the Headlight LED by holding the indicator wires in place and gently pulling the wire untill it is clear of the headlight housing. Then gently curve the wire at the back of the LED untill a neat bend is achieved. Next gently pull the headlight LED wire from the conector end untill the LED sits against the rear of the main headlight unit.

Take the headlight reflector making sure the wide cutout is at the top and fit it into the headlight cover making sure the LED comes through the central hole and it is seated against the projections in the headlight cover. The headlight lens like the reflector has cut outs make sure the wide cut out is at the top and fit in place.

The headlight rim comes in two parts and must be assembled correctly by aligning the projections on the outer rim with the cutouts on the inner rim part. Once the inner rim is fully home turn it clockwise about 1cm. Align the cutouts on the headlight housing with the rim projections and push gently home and then turn it clockwise a few millimetres to lock in place.

Next remove the backing paper from one of the reflectors, line it up with the clean mount and push home making sure it is central. Place a base over the rear pin and insert the pin into the hole on the fork cover.

Repeat to fit the right-hand reflector.

This concludes Stage 8, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number until needed.

Stage 10

Stage 10 contains, Front fender, stays, screws and an allen key.

There are 4 holes that will need tapped at the base of the forks to make ready for the following assembly. Use the cross wrench provided in Stage 9 to help with the tapping. The best way to tap the holes is to place the screw in the wrench then place in the hole and give a quarter turn, turn back to clear the debris then turn forward again by a quarter turn. Do this slowly and you should get a nice clean cut every time. Dont forget to clear the holes of any debris after the cutting process.

Next remove the caliper fitted in the last stage and place to one side then take the fender and the caliper holder. Place the caliper holder on the fender and use a type 'L' screw in the left hand hole to fix in place , use the wrench to do this.

Place the fender between the forks and line it up with the top four holes then using the type 'K' screws with the Allen key to screw into position. Replace the caliper and use one type 'N' and one type 'O' screw to fix in place. The fender stays are fitted next, line them up with the fender using the projections and then use the four type 'C' screws to place in position using the wrench.

Take the front wheel and carefully insert between the forks making sure the brake disc goes into the slot of the caliper. Then align the wheel with the fork and insert the front axle then tighten the nut to hold everything in place.

This concludes Stage 10, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number until needed.

The last choke lever has no pin attach it to the final pin on the rod.

Retrieve the carburettor assembly and line up the choke assemble with the holes in throttle body's 'A' and carefully insert the rods into the holes, when all is lined up push them gently into place. Last of all take the choke lever and push it through the choke lever and into the throttle body.
