Seriously though, I'm a great believer in the principle of SAVING artifacts for the future generations and I'd rather see everything from the Victory's last resting place preserved in a museum than left to rot on the sea bed. Designating 'historical wrecks' as untouchable is ridiculous - the wrecks just remain there until they're completely lost forever. How do we learn about their historical importance then?
