I thought I would post this experience I had with customer service in the USA
I made the mistake and glued parts from pack 15 and 16 from my McLaren MP 4/23 wrong. I didn't notice this until the ABS glue had dried and cured completely.
I called CS last week and asked if they could ship me out pack 15 and 16 replacements.
The person I spoke to emailed support and said they would get back to me.
I called and checked today and Deagostini shipped out my replacements Friday!
I was happy with just that, but when I asked what the replacements cost, he said they were shipping them out at no chargeBigGrin!
I informed him again that this was my fault and I fully expected to pay for my mistake.
The gentleman just simply said that mistakes can and do happen occasionally and that it was no problem to ship me my replacement packs at no charge, including shippingBigGrin.
My only other mistake was not getting the individuals names so I could properly thank them in this forum.
All too often we hear about negatives and I wanted to post a very positive experience I had with DeAgostini USA customer service.
So if any of you reps are on this forum, I give you a BIG THANK YOU!!!

Hi Ponty, BigGrin

I`ll second that last statement.

WTG Cool Cool

People are always ready to put down what must be a monumental task, where praise seems to be far out weighed by criticism.

Thanks for the post.
