Mick A simple brilliant build - so neat and clean. Have you experience of other builds such as this because you really do have. Great talent for these sort of models. Happy Modelling

Hi front moved along lil bit further .and first chainwale attached. Which i pinned for extra strength, could not get brackets to sit off wale below. So i redrilled hole above one that was in them, and filed to remove exsistin hole this made them shorter to fit against hull. Hi thanks for all your kind comments. I managed to find couple more old pics of me copper plain .I used Caldercrafts 1/64 scale plates.i know they over scale , being 5.5mm wide and 17mm long . But I think they look okay. There approx 2000 of them all stuck on individually . They are oxidising over time which I like . Hi thanks for all your kind comments on my build . Just quick update , added few more deck details. And more work around bow area . The blue yellow strips were painted onto 1/64 ply, before gluing to edges of formers had the advantage of covering up gaps there to , where rails sit in slots. Presently still doing chainwales . Painting the links bit of pain. Oh well get there in the end. Some of the staining done to my own taste, ie the steps. And capping rails . Be the bowsprit next, and finish the yards me not started, happy moddelling cheers mick mogwai attached the following image(s): Builds hms victory, suzuki gsx 1300 R hayabusa, honda C B 750, lamborghini countach L P 500 S, tamiya 1/16 rc full option tiger 1 tank, built, Mclaren M P 4 - 23.
