Pack 3 contains Stages 8-10

The components of Stages 8 and 10 should be carefully stored for future assembly.

Stage 8 contains the first part of the bike frame.

Stage 9 contains the right handlebar grip.

Stage 10 contains the left front cylinder head and front fork components.



Stage 9 contains the right handle bar grip.

The handlebars from stage 5 are needed for this stage. Line up the right hand grip with the handlebar making sure the 'D' shaped hole matches the two components and push gently home. The handlebar grips once fitted are not designed to be removed so please do not attempt this.


This concludes Stage 9 place all assembled parts in a labeled plastic bag and store until needed.

Pack 4 contains Stages 11-13

The components of Stages 11 and 12 should be carefully stored for future assembly.

Stage 11 contains a cylinder head and brake calliper.

Stage 12 contains engine parts and a screw guide.

Stage 13 contains the left fork and cable ties.



Stage 13

For this stage you will need the 'A' type screw from stage 2, the brake calliper from stage 11 ,the left fork from stage 13 and an allen key.

Take the brake calliper and line it up with the curve of the bracket on the left fork, then take an 'A' type screw and use an allen key to tighten the screw until it is tight against the bracket. Make sure the calliper is at all times lined up with the curve of the bracket.

Store any unused parts in a labeled plastic bag until they are needed.
